K-12 Education Domain is the most promising vertical in terms of learning and development. The initial years of a student’s mental, physical, spiritual and emotional growth is governed during these years. It is imperative that every student is identified and acknowledged based on their true inherent potential. It is the duty of parents, teachers and the community as a whole to dedicate focused resources in creating an environment for the students, Children to learn and grow with confidence and composure. Academics are important, however, application of the information/knowledge acquired during this time is the key for the child to succeed in their lives ahead. Preparing the students for their future and not for creating wealth or security alone should become the underline of every progressive society, and a educators/school promoters and parents, it is imperative that the children have access to a wide variety of platforms, for them to choose from based on their interest, expertise, and acceptance. Child-Centric approach or curriculum to be precise should be devised, modified, re-devised to ensure it is relevant with the fast-changing times. Adoption of technology should be the prime focus for any institution since learning in today’s world without technological advancement is rodent from the beginning. Physical activity, which can stretch the physical and mental boundaries of the child should be introduced in the regular curriculum. Strength, stamina, fitness, technical skills, and exposure to world-class standards should take the center stage right from the early education days. Vocational courses should become a must for the students to experience, including Arts, Music, Performing arts, Dance and so on. Educating the children on sensitive topics, like equality, gender discrimination, bullying and its effects on the community, drug abuse, sex education to name a few should be included in phase manner right from the primary grades. 21st-century learners need to have access to the vast pool of information in the world, however, assessing the right and wrong amongst it is the responsibility of the society has for today’s child.
