Skill Development Workshops

Complement knowledge with practical exposure

At Arunodaya Public School, holistic development stands paramount, and thus it is essential that our children are trained and equipped with the skills required both in professional as well in their personal front. Undoubtedly there exists a gap between formal education qualification (Degree, Diplomas) and skill sets (practical knowledge). The career goals must be aligned through systematic preparation, practice, and professional outlook, in a proactive way.

Our academic offering is practical; learning is enhanced through field visits, e-learning, industry driven projects, digital or video inputs and so on. Today we are trying hard to plug in the skill gaps or loopholes with short term training, polishing the students and preparing them for the industry. What is actually needed is an early stage appreciation of skills, adoption of quality and standards that are in line with the industry requirements.

In tune with these requirements, the proposed skill development workshop will help our students in creating a niche for them thus raising the bar of excellence.

The age specific skill development plan will be in line with the academic curriculum of the school and look to complement the learning in the best possible practical atmosphere. The facilitators for these workshops will be individuals who have the expertise in their field of operations and are well versed with the practical challenges faced frequently.
